I have submitted my advert and a photo of my dog but it has not yet appeared on the site? Why not?

Don't worry, this is normal!

• There is a delay due to the fact that our customer service team manually authorise each photo prior to it being shown against a profile.
• This is to ensure that the overall quality of our site and your advert remains of the highest standard.

How do i get my advert at the top of the page?

First come first served!

• Over time your advert will move to the top.
• When adverts above you come to the end of their subscription.
• This gives everyone time at the top.
• But don't worry too much, as your advert will be viewed wherever you may be placed.

Is my dog good enough to stud out?

Use your own discretion

• No one can stop you using your dog as a stud, but you have to think first as to whether your dog will improve the breed.
• Primarily he has to be healthy, have all the checks necessary to his breed.
• Remember their are thousands of dogs put down every year due to over breeding, think before you stud your dog.

I'm not getting any responses to my advert. Why?

There are many people advertising their studs...

• Is your advert as informative as it could be?
• Make sure you have a good, clear photo with your advert.
• Remember if your dog is a rare breed, then there are fewer people out their with a bitch.
• Likewise, if your dog is a more common breed, there will be more adverts out there, make sure your stands out above the rest.

Why doesn't my response go to a stud wanted advert?

If you are a member it does!

• In order to contact a "stud wanted" advert, we need to vet your stud first.
• This is to stop our advertisers getting unwanted responses, from dogs that are not upto the standard.
• Promoting responsible and ethical breeding is our aim.
• If your dog doesn't adhere to our standards then it won't be promoted by our website.
